Whether you are seeking classes in DDP Yoga or personal training for strength, weight loss and weight loss management, feel more confident in your ability to defend yourself, or just feel better in general, it is my most sincere goal to help you reach whatever personal goal you may have.
In addition to personal training packages, I also provide group classes in DDP Yoga, MMA Fitness Bootcamp and Women’s self defense right here in Richmond, Ky!
However, I don’t just train women. I train men, too! As a professional mma fighter, a purple belt in jiu jitsu and a certified Muay Thai Kickboxing instructor, men find that I am more than qualified to train them as well!
